Lots of Birthdays!

This week I celebrated a bunch of birthdays. The first one was my grandma's birthday. Guess what she wanted to do on her birthday? Spend the day with ME! She thinks I'm really fun so she kept me home from school and we played and had fun all day! That night, we went out to dinner to celebrate and then we came home and the big people got to eat cake.

I've been told my chance to eat cake is only about a month away!

Then, on Saturday, it was my turn! I turned 11 months old! Wow!!

On Sunday, I went to my cousin, Ellie's, third birthday party. It was so much fun. I got to see my first clown, hit my first pinata, and go in my first bouncy house!

Then my mommy's cousin and her kids from Indiana came. I met them when I went to Indiana last fall. I get to see them again next weekend. I can't wait!

Spring Break continued...

My Spring Break ROCKED! We went to the park and went swinging, went down the slide (I think that Daddy was a little scared!), and rode the train. We also fed the duckies. It was fun because I would eat a little of the bread and then throw some to the duckies and then eat a little more :)

Daddy is making a toy chest for me and I got to help him with his tools - see us working hard below!

I think that every week should be Spring Break!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Today was my first St. Patrick's Day. My gramma is 100% Irish so I was ready to celebrate!

S P R I N G B R E A K 2010!!!

Daddy and I are on SPRING BREAK! Woo-hoo! We have already had so much fun. Spring Break officially started at 5pm on Friday so Mommy and I went shopping and I picked out my first ever Easter Basket. I love to carry it around and fill it with my toys. I wonder what the Easter Bunny will put in it?

On Saturday Daddy and I had swimming lessons and Mommy tried to get me to wear flip flops, but it is more fun to chew on them.

Today we started my first ever dog sitting job. It is super fun. It is my cousins' doggie and his name is Yukon. He is big (70 pounds) and he likes to sit near me. I like to watch him.

Ponytail!

Mommy put my hair up in my first ponytail! I think that Mommy could use a little practice as it was a little messy, but I liked it! It’s hard to see in the picture since my hair so blond, but you can see the hair tie that’s holding it up. When Mommy took my hair out to get ready for bed, my hair kind of stayed in the “up” position!

Hugs

I learned how to hug a few weeks ago and I love to hug any stuffed animal or toy that is shown to me. I give very enthusiastic hugs. I am not as interested in hugging people yet. Mommy asks me for hugs and then I use my other new skill, shaking my head “no.” I like to shake my head “no” whenever someone asks me a question.

Puffs are my favorite finger food right now. Mommy and Daddy put lots of different things on my tray, but I always pick out the puffs first.
